Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Event Specialist to lead virtual and in-person conferences, oversee budgets, and coordinate cross‑team initiatives to drive advocacy, adoption, and growth.

The role is fully remote with travel to Salt Lake City and events worldwide. You will plan, execute, measure, and optimize programs, build scalable processes, and report on KPI’s to improve event ROI.

• Plan and manage virtual and in-person user conferences and events.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to drive advocacy, adoption and growth.
• Develop event programs aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPI's and post-event analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and manage event budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategic development of marketing event programs to reinforce the brand.
• Execute programs for internal and external events, trade shows, and employee events.
• Coordinate event communications and messaging.
• Manage detailed event logistics and vendor relationships.
• Develop scalable processes for event operations.
• Report on KPI’s and ROI post events.
