The position emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams, inventory management, and proactive process improvement to ensure flawless guest experiences. Local event knowledge and team leadership abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ticketing for large events or global sports projects.
• Experience with official hospitality providers and event ticketing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium ticketing support to assigned clients during pre‑Games, seat assignment, delivery and on‑site phases.
• Allocate hospitality inventory to support sales proposals per rules.
• Collaborate with Ticketing, Business Development, Product, Commercial Strategy and Sales teams to maximize revenue.
