Together AI is seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to execute high‑impact events that bring our brand, technology, and community to life. You will own end‑to‑end event programs from conferences to flagship activations.

Responsibilities include planning conferences, managing sponsors, coordinating vendors and onsite teams, driving pre‑ and post‑event activities, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to optimize impact and pipeline. Travel up to 40% including international.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing or related B2B role.
• Hands-on experience with conferences, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute industry conferences and tradeshows, including sponsorships and onsite operations.
• Coordinate customer meetings, executive engagements and pre/post-event activities.
• Own flagship events and experiential programs, managing vendors and logistics.
• Track performance, leads and pipeline influence; optimize event impact.
