Job summary

F5 is seeking an Events Specialist to lead planning, production, and end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing events, conferences, and major industry trade shows with a focus on AI-centric events. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in event planning and project management, preferably within an enterprise B2B technology or SaaS organization.
• Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Uptempo and event tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Event Project Management: plan and execute large-scale events, conferences, and trade shows from inception to post-event wrap-up.
• Timeline & Financial Governance: manage detailed project plans, budgets, and spend using Uptempo.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative Services, and Sales.
• Vendor & Production Management: manage vendors and agencies for exhibit and production needs.
• Sponsorship & Expo Execution: oversee booth properties, demos, and on-site brand installations.
• Lead Tracking & ROI Reporting: establish on-site lead protocols and analyze ROI to inform improvements.
