MJH Life Sciences is seeking a marketing professional to own end-to-end conference marketing, from planning to post-event recap, across channels. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, copy development, and performance analysis while ensuring brand standards and measurable results.

The role involves developing and managing event budgets, setting up registrations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding on-site attendee experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of marketing experience with event or conference focus and end-to-end ownership of registration-driven campaigns.
• Experience with event registration platforms, event apps, and marketing automation tools.
• Proven ability to recruit attendees or participants to meet targets, including executive forums or roundtables.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end marketing for large annual conferences, from planning through post-event recap across channels.
• Use AI tools to accelerate planning, copy iteration, audience research, and performance analysis.
• Develop and manage event marketing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Set up and manage event registration, pricing tiers, codes, and confirmations.
• Plan experiential marketing elements and manage the event app and attendee communications.
