Job summary

Hyve Group seeks a Senior Sponsorship Operations Manager for LegalTechTalk USA in Miami. The role focuses on sponsorship delivery, collaboration with sales, retailer & brand teams, and attendee experience, with travel to events required.

You’ll lead activations from RFP through onsite build and work closely with the VP Operations to ensure strategic sponsorship execution. Expect 5-7 years in event sponsorships, strong project management, data handling skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of event sponsorship/exhibit operations experience.
• Ability to present and communicate with senior-level executives.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, retailer & brand, and attendee teams to deliver sponsor partnerships.
• Build relationships with top sponsors and manage sponsor activations onsite.
• Develop processes for efficient delivery and coordinate with vendors, venues, and finance.
