Job summary

Hyve Group seeks a Senior Sponsorship Operations Manager for the USA to lead sponsorship delivery and onsite event operations across LegalTechTalk USA. You will collaborate with sales, retailer & brand teams, and attendee experiences to ensure flawless sponsor activation and relationships.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Operations on delivery strategy, budgets, and process improvements, with travel to events and hybrid office presence expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of event management experience with sponsors & exhibit operations.
• Ability to communicate with senior-level executives.
• Extremely strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience building and managing spreadsheets and doing data merges.
• Ability to think quickly and analytically while executing logistical tasks.
• Have a very strong focus on quality and customer experience.
• Must be self-motivated, willing to take on new tasks, and adept at multitasking in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
• Interest in learning about the Ed-Tech industries.
• Availability to work hybrid up to 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, retailer & brand, and attendee teams to manage sponsor partnerships.
• Build solid ongoing relationships with top-level sponsors.
• Develop and maintain processes and workflows for delivery of sponsorships; coordinate with vendors and venues.
• Manage sponsorship inventory with VP of Event Operations to align with budget and growth.
• Support the Meetup Program execution.
• Update sponsorship operations budget and provide weekly updates to finance.
• Coordinate with VP Operations to update show floor during the cycle.
• Be the main point of contact for the sales team during show cycle and onsite.
• Manage delivery of sponsored features and activations from RFP to onsite build.
