Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking an ESG reporting and controls leader to build Capri's global regulatory reporting infrastructure and readiness for mandatory disclosures, including CSRD and ESRS. This role collaborates with Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, IT and Operations to translate evolving requirements into practical business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Business, Sustainability or related field.
• 5+ years in ESG or sustainability reporting, external reporting, audit or assurance, internal controls, accounting, risk or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB standards, California climate rules.
• Experience interpreting reporting criteria and developing external disclosures.
• Experience designing and testing internal controls and audit-ready evidence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead ESG regulatory reporting readiness program, including planning, scoping, gap remediation and timely delivery of drafts.
• Own design and continuous improvement of internal controls over mandated ESG reporting.
• Build end-to-end processes using AI technology with clear accountability and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with data owners to clarify disclosure requirements and improve data-collection tools.
• Lead ESG assurance readiness and manage the external assurance provider relationship.
• Support CSRD processes like double materiality, value-chain mapping and ESRS gaps closures.
• Monitor changes in global ESG standards and translate into actionable steps.
• Administer ESG reporting technology, including Novisto implementation.
• Educate senior leaders on mandatory disclosures, governance responsibilities and readiness status.
• Support voluntary ESG reporting such as annual Impact Report and ratings submissions.
