Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an SEC & ESG Reporting Manager to lead SEC reporting, ESG regulatory readiness, and CSRD initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Sustainability teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP and evolving ESG standards, reporting to the Director of SEC & ESG Reporting.

You will oversee external auditors, implement process improvements, and stay current on CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, GRI, and SEC rules to support accurate corporate reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years total experience with 3–4 years in Big Four public accounting.
• CPA required; BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with US GAAP, SOX 404, and ESG reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SEC reporting process (Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) with XBRL.
• Collaborate with ESG teams on regulatory reporting readiness.
• Lead CSRD readiness initiatives and other ESG reporting requirements.
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements and assess impact.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and sustainability reporting.
