The role partners with Sustainability, Risk Management, Investor Relations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and auditable disclosures. The position reports to the Senior Director, External Reporting and focuses on audit readiness, internal controls, and enterprise-wide ESG data integrity across

Qualifications

• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (SASB, GRI, TCFD, ISSB)
• Strong understanding of SOX and financial reporting controls
• Ability to translate regulatory topics into actionable business guidance

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG disclosure strategy, governance, and reporting oversight
• Define and maintain ESG reporting control environment and audit readiness
• Partner with Finance, Sustainability, Risk, Legal and Investor Relations to align ESG data and disclosures
• Provide guidance and training to functions responsible for ESG data generation
