Everpure, a leading tech company, seeks a Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead the annual enterprise Impact Report and elevate ESG disclosure strategy across Legal, ESG Controllership, Supply Chain, HR, and Product teams.

You will ensure alignment with CSRD, ISSB, GRI, SASB, and TCFD, drive data integrity, and use AI tools to streamline reporting while partnering with Brand Marketing and Global Communications for global impact. Santa Clara HQ.

Qualifications

• Expertise in leading complex enterprise-level ESG, CSR, or sustainability disclosures end-to-end within matrixed organizations.
• Excellent narrative development, data visualization, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate disclosure benchmarking and data collection.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD, ISSB, GRI, SASB, and TCFD disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Impact Reporting from concept to publication with cross-functional inputs.
• Ensure disclosure governance, data integrity, and audit-ready documentation.
• Optimize ESG data processes and leverage AI to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Global Communications on the report and website.
