Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an ESG Data & Reporting Manager to strengthen sustainability data governance, controllership, and reporting readiness across the organization. This role partners with multiple teams to align data practices with COSO-like controls and external reporting standards.

You will guide data programs, manage KPI development for 2025/2030 targets, and support regulatory reporting requirements while coordinating with investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting/internal or external audit with a strong career progression.
• Strong understanding of accounting and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to implement data governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG and sustainability data collection with SASB/CSRD/CDP and other protocols.
• Evaluate reporting frameworks (TCFD/ISSB) and develop a reporting roadmap.
• Develop KPI scorecards and ensure data availability for sustainability goals.
• Assist with external audits and responses to ESG inquiries.
