Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Senior Program Manager, Sustainability to lead the global ESG program, driving cross-functional projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. You will manage data quality, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to advance PCI's sustainability strategy.

The role requires 7+ years in ESG or related consulting, strong project management, and expertise in GHG accounting and ESG frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 7+ years in ESG/sustainability or related consulting.
Experience with GHG accounting, reporting, and assurance processes.
Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with ESG frameworks, regulations, and software.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily execution of PCI's global ESG program across cross-functional projects.
Coordinate with sites and departments to align programs with metrics and targets.
Manage external consultants and vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
Develop training resources and templates to integrate sustainability into operations.
Deliver communications to employees via Teams to raise awareness.
Oversee emissions data collection, verification, and reporting processes.
Support regulatory benchmarking and readiness actions.
