Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Technology Deployment Leader to advance the IM Transcend program. The role can be based in Titusville, NJ or Beerse, Belgium, and requires senior leadership in ERP modernization and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 15+ years of experience in technology product management or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP and pharma industry practices.
• Experience translating requirements into a product vision with engineering and operations.
• Proven delivery across planning, dependency management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish deployment roadmaps to deliver business value for the product.
• Balance value with feasibility; prioritize features and optimize cost.
• Refine backlog with technical features and epics for operations.
• Lead product owners, manage cross-team dependencies, and demand intake.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers to manage risks.
• Drive automation, regression, and load testing; ensure non-functional tests.
• Coordinate end-to-end build; ensure compliance and design intent.
• Plan and execute Technical Testing with Engineering and UAT teams.
• Ensure SDLC documentation and compliance stay up to date.
• Measure capabilities against demand, complexity and business needs.
• Build strong partnerships with leadership across the organization.
• Partner with Technology Services on software engineering approaches.
