Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion, HR, program management or related fields.
• Experience building and leading enterprise-wide ERG programs with strategy development and execution.
• AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management and governance of the firm’s global ERG structure and annual planning.
• Develop governance frameworks, standards, policies, and engagement guidelines across regions.
• Manage ERG project plans, timelines, budgets, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support annual goal setting, strategic planning, event coordination, and leadership transitions.
• Create centralized reporting processes and dashboards to track ERG metrics and inclusion activity.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate global ERG leader meetings and governance discussions.
