The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a hands-on Senior Vice President, Engineering Manager to lead Finance and Operations Technology platforms.

The role owns architecture, delivery, and platform reliability for enterprise-grade finance systems, including process automation, data infrastructure, and integrations with the firm’s general ledger ecosystem. The ideal candidate operates as a player-coach: leading engineers, partnering with business stakeholders, guiding technical direction, and

Qualifikationen

15+ years of software engineering or financial systems leadership experience.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade finance platforms.
Strong background in architecture, APIs, cloud-native development.
Experience with CI/CD, IaC, observability, and security in production.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and trade-offs.

Lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and reliability for Finance tech platforms.
Mentor engineers and partner with Finance, Treasury, Operations.
