Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering or financial systems leadership experience.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade finance platforms.
- Strong background in architecture, APIs, cloud-native development.
- Experience with CI/CD, IaC, observability, and security in production.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and reliability for Finance tech platforms.
- Mentor engineers and partner with Finance, Treasury, Operations.
- Oversee modernization: cloud, microservices, APIs, orchestration.
- Ensure controls, audit readiness, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Drive capacity planning, incident management, and disaster recovery.
- Recruit and develop engineering talent.
