Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a GES Senior Associate to develop and implement efficient methods to maximize client benefits and minimize taxes, including equity and deferred compensation. You will execute tax work and collaborate with teams across advisory practices.

The role involves research, compliance, compensation and benefits consulting, and strategy development, supervising associates and interns, ensuring deadlines, and delivering high-quality analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources, preferred
• Master's degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience in compensation and/or strategic service consulting
• Certified Compensation Professional, CPA certification or other relevant certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify situations requiring research and outline the issue with sources
• Analyze researched facts and the sources used
• Compose detailed research reports of findings
• Assist with compensation planning and benchmarking for executive compensation models
• Ensure client information is obtained and work is organized for review by senior Comp & Ben professionals
• Supervise day-to-day workload and mentor Associates and Interns on engagements
• Deliver performance feedback and participate in evaluations
