Job summary

Lime is hiring a Global Equity Administrator to join our Total Rewards and HR team. You will own the administration, governance, education, and continuous improvement of the company’s global equity programs, reporting to the Head of Total Rewards.

You’ll partner across Finance, Legal, Tax, and HRIS, using automation to improve efficiency and accuracy. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the United States, with occasional travel for business operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in global stock plan administration or related field.
• Experience administering equity across multiple countries and tax jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with E*TRADE, Workday and related equity tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our global stock plans (options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP).
• Apply country-specific requirements to global transactions, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain Equity Edge Online as the authoritative record for awards and vesting.
• Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations for automation and controls.
• Support public-company reporting and SOX control activities.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Tax and external advisors on plan interpretation.
