Job summary

Ramp is seeking an experienced Equity Administration professional to oversee our global equity programs. You will partner with Legal and People teams to manage the equity lifecycle from issuance to reporting. This role requires deep expertise in equity management platforms, particularly Shareworks, and a strong understanding of U.S. regulations related to equity compensation.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in equity administration and be able to communicate effectively across various teams. Benefits include flexible PTO, health coverage, and support for relocation to NYC or SF.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in equity administration.
• At least 2 years in a manager-level or lead role.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax and securities regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own daily administration of the company’s equity plans.
• Partner with People Operations on onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accuracy of data in the equity management system.
