Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Manager of Equity Compensation to oversee day-to-day administration of the company’s equity plans, including the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP). The role partners with multiple teams and reports to the Senior Director – Head of Financial Reporting & Equity.

The candidate should have 7+ years in Stock Administration, strong Excel skills, and a mastery of equity instruments and related accounting. Base pay range is shown below; hybrid work model in US hubs is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Stock Administration, with experience in a public company.
• Excellent computer knowledge, including proficiency in Excel and interest in automation and AI initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs.
• Understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation.
• Excellent written and oral communication and high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans and grants.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Ops, Tax and Legal.
• Evolve the eXponential Stock Plan with stakeholders.
• Automate workstreams for accurate equity data processing.
• Report stock compensation for domestic and international employees.
• Coordinate with brokers for 10b5-1 trading plans as needed.
• Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for SEC reporting.
• Support disclosures and quarterly equity rollforward.
