Job summary

Axon is seeking a Manager of Equity Compensation to own end-to-end administration of stock plans, including the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP), for domestic and international employees.

You will partner with Accounting, Payroll, Legal and People Ops to drive processes, ensure accurate reporting for SEC disclosures, and implement improvements in data handling. This role requires strong analytical abilities, confidentiality, andEffective communication across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Stock Administration, preferably in a public company.
• Proficiency in Excel; interest in automation and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans: grants, exercises, releases, cancellations; reconcile monthly activity; monitor share utilization.
