Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Manager of Equity Compensation to own daily activities of the company’s equity plans, including the XSP. You will work with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Ops, Tax and Legal to ensure accurate processing and reporting for both domestic and international employees.

The role supports the continued evolution of the stock plan, implements strong control practices, and prepares SEC filings. A hybrid setup across US hubs is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
• 7+ years of stock administration experience in a public company.
• Strong Excel skills and interest in automation/AI initiatives.
• Knowledge of equity awards, plans, and related accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans and grants.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, People Ops, Tax, and Legal.
• Evolve the eXponential Stock Plan with best practices and controls.
• Report stock compensation for domestic and international employees.
• Liaise with officers, employees, and brokers on trading plans.
• Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for SEC reporting.
• Assist with footnote disclosures and quarterly equity rollforwards.
• Handle ad hoc projects and reporting as requested.
