Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in trade floor or related support experience with Front Office trading systems.
• Experience in supporting Equity Derivatives and related life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering preferred.
• A good understanding of risk management systems.
• Strong technical and analytical skills (SQL knowledge and some scripting).
• Proficient UNIX and Windows skills.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide all levels of application support for Front Office Equity Derivatives platforms.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose Trading and Risk applications in real-time.
• Collaborate with development teams on requirements and systems development.
• Support End-Of-Day processes for a complex Risk system with regional teams.
• Take ownership of problems and ensure follow-up to completion with stakeholders.
• Utilize ServiceNow to record incidents, releases, and problem management.
• Track issues and prioritize workload.
• Manage releases and deployments including DR/BCP.
• Analyze user queries and system logic to resolve issues.
• Automate tasks to reduce toil.
