Job summary

Citi is seeking a highly motivated professional for the role of Equities Electronic Trading Technology Production Support Lead Analyst on the NY trading floor. You will provide hands-on technical production support and direction, collaborating with global teams to manage issues across the trading desk environment.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years of equities support experience, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and provide L2 support for mission-critical & Equities E-trading applications.
• Work closely with development, QA and business support teams to determine strategy and priorities and ensure delivery of these priorities.
• Provide technical application support, monitor applications and platform, answer queries via phone, email and other mediums.
• Understand application processes, database schema as an expert; read code is not typically required.
• Perform problem-solving tasks before escalation with agreed formats and logs.
• Offer key technical recommendations on major issues based on system knowledge.
• Follow through to ensure issues are resolved per SLA.
• Communicate issues and status updates with business support, regional colleagues, and development teams.
