Job summary

Safeguard Global seeks a Regional Entity Management & Compliance Manager to ensure entity governance, regulatory compliance, and risk controls across multiple jurisdictions. You will lead entity setup, changes, and maintenance while coordinating with HR, Finance, Tax, and external providers to support growth and minimize compliance risk.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience with entities, strong governance knowledge, excellent communication with senior leaders, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience working with entities in a global context.
• Knowledge of governance and company entity matters including setup.
• Experience in a global business environment and with third‑party providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, decision making and prioritization skills.
• Proactive risk identification and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate entity records and governance data across systems.
• Oversee entity creation, changes, maintenance, dissolution when needed.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Product, Marketing and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory filings, licenses, registrations in jurisdictions.
• Manage budgets for external counsel and vendors within approvals.
• Identify improvements to governance processes and controls.
• Support expansion by establishing entities in new regions.
