Job summary

Vistra Energy is seeking a Global Entity Manager to support a client of a large corporation across multiple jurisdictions. The role focuses on company secretarial, corporate compliance, and non-fiscal entity governance.

You will collaborate with local offices, manage the client portfolio, and develop solutions, while maintaining relationships with General Counsel, legal teams, and company secretariat. This role is remote with a typical 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of governance and company secretarial matters.
• Experience in a global service environment and in a client-facing role.
• Evidence of prior team management.
• Educated to degree level or qualified through experience in company secretarial or legal matters.
• Experience level of at least 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Vistra local offices and relevant local service providers to ensure efficient and seamless service to the client.
• Help manage the client portfolio across multiple markets, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and proactively identifying issues.
• Develop client-driven solutions to address compliance and governance challenges.
• Maintain strong working relationships with General Counsel, legal teams, Company Secretariat, and, where applicable, the CEO or CFO of smaller organizations.
