Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive global sourcing strategies for cybersecurity and network software, mentor the team, and deliver cost savings while ensuring policy compliance.

You will negotiate complex enterprise contracts, manage RFx processes, collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, and lead process improvements to optimize procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management, with a focus on software.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise-wide contracts.
• Expertise in RFx processes from development to execution.
• Experience with eProcurement platforms and procure-to-pay processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success managing projects to completion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for cybersecurity and network operations software.
• Lead and negotiate high-value contracts with global suppliers; manage lifecycle.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead RFx processes (RFPs, RFQs) and leverage procure-to-pay platforms.
• Achieve cost savings targets and demonstrate ROI for procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across全球 business units and functions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; promote professional development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
