Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong procurement background.
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and software categories.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide contracts and negotiations.
• Experience with RFx processes from RFP to contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global software sourcing strategies with market analysis and spend insights.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and manage the full lifecycle from initiation to renewal.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Lead RFx processes and leverage eProcurement tools for sourcing efficiency.
• Deliver cost savings and clearly demonstrate ROI for procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and secure senior leadership alignment.
• Coach junior team members and promote professional development.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and enhance procurement efficiency.
