Motorola Solutions is seeking a Director of Procurement - Software & Cybersecurity to architect and govern the global sourcing strategy for our software ecosystem, cloud services, and cybersecurity vendors. You will lead complex negotiations and set the governance framework, balancing cost, compliance, and innovation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with software and cybersecurity focus.
• Proven leadership in high-tech, telecom, or safety tech environments.
• Advanced expertise in drafting/negotiating complex software, SaaS, IP, cloud, and security services agreements.
• Deep knowledge of software licensing, cybersecurity frameworks, and TP RM.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive multi-year global procurement strategies for software, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Lead executive-level negotiations for ELAs, SaaS, IP, and complex SOWs.
• Ensure vendor security standards and risk governance with Cyber Security teams.
• Act as primary executive contact for strategic software, cloud, and cybersecurity vendors (QBRs & steering).
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Engineering, Legal and IT to integrate third-party software into offerings.
