Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Global Category Manager for cybersecurity and network operations software. You will shape sourcing strategy, negotiate large contracts, and mentor procurement teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management with focus on cybersecurity and network operations software.
• Proven ability to manage and negotiate large, complex, enterprise-wide contracts.
• Expertise in RFx processes, from development to contract execution.
• Experience with eProcurement platforms and procure-to-pay processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects/programs to completion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• High urgency, integrity, dependability, and results-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for cybersecurity and network operations software.
• Lead and negotiate high-value contracts and manage full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead RFx processes from development to contract execution.
• Achieve cost savings targets and ROI for procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and secure senior leadership buy-in.
• Coach and mentor junior procurement team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
