Job summary

IPG Photonics, headquartered in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Program Manager to lead global enterprise programs. You will serve as the central PMO, coordinating with operations, engineering, supply chain, IT, finance, and HR to turn executive priorities into action and measurable results.

You will own the program roadmap end-to-end, establish governance cadences, and drive standardization and efficiency across manufacturing and operations, with a strong emphasis on change management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, manufacturing, or industrial program leadership with cross-functional global programs.
• Mastery of program/project management with governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Experience in engineered-product environments with credibility on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Own the global enterprise program roadmap end to end with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Establish and run an operating cadence for transparency and momentum across the program.
• Maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, decisions, and actions.
• Translate strategy into structured workstreams with defined deliverables and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process and system improvements across operations.
• Standardize planning, execution, and measurement using lean principles to reduce waste.
• Support major operational initiatives with rigorous planning and readiness management.
• Coordinate manufacturing footprint optimization across sites and functions.
• Identify, evaluate, and support value-creation opportunities and business cases.
