Eaton's Beachwood, OH-based Enterprise Leadership Development Manager is a hybrid role within the Global Talent, Culture, and Development COE. You will design and drive enterprise leadership capability strategies that bolster leadership effectiveness, professional skills, and organizational change across the company.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on content creation, vendor management, and measurement to deliver measurable business outcomes in a lean COE setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years in leadership development, learning and development, organizational development, or related fields.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose gaps and translate insights into scalable programs.
• Design, build, and evolve leadership development pathways and governance.
• Translate enterprise priorities into scalable learning standards, tools and resources.
• Manage vendor strategy, vendor selection and performance evaluation.
• Provide coaching, facilitation, consulting, and subject matter expertise.
