Job summary

Eaton Corporation—Electrical Sector is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Development Manager to lead strategic planning, market analysis, and growth initiatives across a global industrial segment. This hybrid role involves cross-functional leadership, financial analysis, and developing a robust acquisition pipeline with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate strategy, product management, and/or corporate development.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience using strategic frameworks and analytical tools and conducting industry/market/competitor/business-case analyses.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the energy industry or with industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning efforts for Electrical Sector and Divisions (Business Units).
• Identify growth opportunities and priorities with segment and business leaders.
• Analyze target markets, sector performance, and competitors to inform strategy and growth.
• Develop formal Strategic Plans for Divisions and the Electrical Sector; build acquisition pipelines.
• Coordinate with SCD and Divisions to align qualitative and quantitative deal models.
