Job summary

Kollective Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Specialist in NYC to lead high-impact implementations for enterprise clients. In this client-facing role, you'll oversee projects from discovery and design to delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders. Required qualifications include 7+ years in SaaS implementation, strong technical comprehension, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management.
• Proven success managing complex enterprise-level projects.
• Strong technical fluency (integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms).
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in operations (legal ops a plus, but not required).
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Run discovery sessions and design tailored solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to scope and deliver integrations.
• Manage stakeholders across legal, IT, and executive levels.
• Drive onboarding and early customer success.
• Identify risks and keep projects on track.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Engineering.
