Job summary

Kollective Group is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist for a remote US-based role on a Sequoia-backed software team building the AI Legal Front Door for in-house legal teams. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and handover, ensuring long-term success for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management.
• Proven success managing complex enterprise-level projects.
• Strong technical fluency (integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms).
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Run discovery sessions and design tailored solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to scope and deliver integrations.
• Manage stakeholders across legal, IT, and executive levels.
• Drive onboarding and early customer success.
• Identify risks and keep projects on track.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Engineering.
