FourKites seeks an Associate Implementation Manager to orchestrate enterprise transformations for Global 1000 customers, turning complex logistics into measurable value. You’ll blend consulting with project management to deploy FourKites software and build stakeholder alignment across time zones.

The role emphasizes client advisory, onboarding, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to ensure adoption and outcomes. Travel up to 30%+ with base salary $70k–$80k and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a BS in math, statistics, economics, engineering, or a quantitative discipline and a GPA of 3.5+.
• Exposure to enterprise software, business processes, or project work, eager to build a SaaS implementation career.
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or transportation through coursework or internships.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to translate between technical and business concepts.
• Willingness to travel 30% or more to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Global Implementation, helping enterprise customers adopt FourKites for visibility.
• Serve as trusted advisor, problem solver, and product expert for onboarding workflows.
• Onboard rapidly growing Global 1000 customers and drive value from the platform.
• Understand customer challenges and align product roadmap with client goals.
• Tailor deployments to meet customer objectives and manage scope.
• Facilitate implementation activities: training, reviews, and progress meetings.
