Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to act as the embedded advisor and operational leader for a key enterprise partner, bridging partner objectives with our capabilities and driving revenue growth.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, deliver data‑driven insights in monthly reviews, and ensure flawless execution of initiatives on site with senior stakeholders. This role requires onsite presence in a fast‑paced client environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in strategic account management or business consulting with enterprise clients.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience driving growth within large, complex organizations.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
Proven success in cross-functional leadership.
Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced client environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a joint growth strategy aligning partner priorities with our solutions and long‑term roadmap.
Identify new revenue opportunities across business units, product lines, and emerging needs.
Lead monthly business reviews with data‑driven insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor competitive and industry trends to proactively position new solutions and participate in client feedback forums.
