Job summary
Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to drive the Enterprise Restaurant Genius POS partner ecosystem. You will build strategic relationships, develop joint business plans, and lead partnerships from strategy through launch and ongoing growth to expand platform capabilities and customer value.
You will collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful partner delivery and scalable governance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, channel strategy, or ecosystem development.
- Experience managing complex enterprise technology partnerships and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems within SaaS/POS/payments/restaurant tech/platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Enterprise Restaurant partner ecosystem and accelerate business growth.
- Build executive relationships with leading technology partners and develop joint business plans.
- Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities and influence product strategy and outcomes.
- Lead partners from agreement through launch and ongoing growth with strong alignment.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
