Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Director of Global Enterprise Applications to drive strategy, governance, and delivery across the enterprise software portfolio. You will partner with executives to enable operational excellence, regulatory compliance, growth, and digital transformation worldwide.

You will lead a global team managing ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, and analytics, guiding roadmaps, process improvements, and system integrations with a focus on compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise applications and ERP programs.
• Experience with manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance focus.
• Ability to develop technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global enterprise applications strategy with IT leadership.
• Lead an enterprise applications portfolio including ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, and analytics.
• Oversee lifecycle, upgrades, and retirement of business systems.
• Govern portfolio, budgeting, and vendor management within IT governance.
