Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging seeks a Director, Global Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of its enterprise application portfolio across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, engineering, and analytics.

The role partners with stakeholders worldwide to optimize processes, drive digital transformation, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable business value. Hybrid work and travel up to 20% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years leading enterprise applications, ERP, or business systems.
• 5+ years of leadership managing teams and large-scale technology programs.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, preferably in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformations, business process improvements, and application modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting global ERP environments and integrated business systems.
• Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global enterprise applications strategy in partnership with the VP, Global IT.
• Lead the enterprise application portfolio (ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, SCM, WMS, HCM, Analytics, Integration, customer-facing apps).
• Oversee full application lifecycle including selection, upgrades, support, optimization, integration, and retirement.
• Establish governance, prioritization, portfolio management, and resource planning processes.
• Lead workstreams for business transformation, process standardization, and system integrations.
• Ensure compliance, validation, and audit readiness; partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Security teams.
• Lead a high-performing global team of application leaders, architects, analysts, developers, and admins.
