Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead ERP strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to drive digital transformation, optimize application value, and ensure security and compliance of the application landscape. Responsibilities include owning the ERP roadmap, mentoring a high-performance team, and managing vendor relationships while aligning programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years ERP implementation experience and software solution implementation.
• Experience in change management—communicating changes, building commitment, overcoming resistance.
• Knowledge of requirements solicitation, application development, and cloud-based solutions (SaaS, PaaS).
• In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms, cloud computing, and related technologies; IFS (cloud) experience preferred.
• Lead, inspire, and develop innovative teams; strong judgment and timely decisions.
• Proven track record in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with business goals; own the strategic roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance IT team.
• Build relationships with business leaders; survey stakeholder satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Oversee ERP project portfolio; prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, and risk.
• Safeguard ERP reliability, availability, and performance; apply lifecycle management best practices.
• Establish relationships with vendors; understand roadmaps to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage the ERP team budget and optimize resource allocation.
