Dynamic Manufacturing Group seeks a Director of Enterprise Application to lead ERP strategy, oversee a portfolio of projects, and drive digital transformation across the organization. You will guide a senior IT team, align applications with business goals, and ensure security, compliance, and optimal value from our ERP landscape.

You will partner with business leaders, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement while navigating complex technologies such as cloud-based SaaS/PaaS

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in change management – communicating changes and overcoming resistance.
• Knowledge of requirements solicitation, application development, and cloud-based solutions (SaaS, PaaS).
• In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms, cloud computing, and related technologies. IFS (cloud) experience strongly preferred.
• Lead, inspire, and develop innovative teams; demonstrate sound judgment and timely decisions.
• Vendor management experience and proven cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with business goals and maintain the strategic roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance IT team.
• Build relationships with business leaders to maximize application value and publish stakeholder satisfaction results.
• Oversee ERP project portfolio prioritization based on ROI, risk, and strategic fit.
• Ensure ERP reliability, security, and lifecycle management across development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Manage supplier/vendor relationships and monitor vendor roadmaps to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and legal teams to meet laws and standards.
