Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging seeks a Global Supplier Quality Manager to develop and execute a worldwide supplier quality strategy, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance of materials and services across the supply base. You will lead governance, qualification, change management, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with Procurement, R&D, and Operations to drive risk-based supplier decisions, build a high-performing team, and deliver executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in supplier quality or related roles.
• Experience leading supplier quality programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 11607, risk management and CAPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supplier quality strategy.
• Own supplier qualification, approval, and monitoring processes.
• Lead supplier change management and risk assessments.
• Establish supplier scorecards and continuous improvement.
• Lead the global supplier audit program and supplier development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and Manufacturing for supplier decisions.
