Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise applications and global teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MDM, manufacturing systems, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy and long-term roadmap across ERP, CRM, MDM, manufacturing apps, and Data & Analytics.
• Lead platform modernization, process optimization, integration improvements, and support model transformation.
• Oversee CSV, GxP, data integrity, validation, and documentation in regulated environments.
• Provide executive oversight of Salesforce and other CRM platforms; align analytics with governance standards.
• Lead a global enterprise applications organization and manage vendor/ MSP partnerships.
• Establish governance for delivery, release management, testing, validation, and change control.
