Vanta seeks a Lead Technical Recruiter to own engineering hiring across a global scope. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, represent Vanta’s talent brand, and close top-tier technical talent in competitive environments.

You’ll design assessments with engineering leadership, use data to optimize funnel health, and drive hiring velocity while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
• Experience hiring engineering executives or IC leaders
• Ability to influence hiring strategy and trade-offs with senior stakeholders

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing across a global scope
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy
• Design and calibrate candidate assessments with engineering leadership
• Use data to drive decisions on funnel health and hiring velocity
