Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to own the strategy, execution, and success of our sourcing for senior engineering roles. You will build a robust talent pipeline for critical technical positions across the engineering org.

You’ll partner with recruiting and hiring teams, use advanced sourcing techniques, and champion AI-first recruiting practices to improve engagement, pipeline quality, and efficiency in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies for senior and specialty technical roles.
• Experience with a variety of sourcing channels and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and attract top technical talent, with a focus on our most critical, niche, and senior engineering roles
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, and engagement with professional communities and conferences
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, align on priorities, and refine sourcing strategies
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies, improve pipeline performance, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence and influencing hiring decisions
• Champion AI-first recruiting practices by integrating emerging AI tools into sourcing workflows, improving candidate engagement, pipeline quality, and operational efficiency
