• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting focused on engineering.
• Ability to partner with senior engineering leaders and translate business needs into hiring strategy.
• Sourcing and market intelligence across the technical talent landscape.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for process design and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across a global scope.
• Extend offers and negotiate to close hires with a positive candidate experience.
• Advise senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, role intakes, prioritization and trade-offs.
• Set and uphold a high bar for technical hiring with calibrated assessments.
• Use data to drive funnel health, talent pool effectiveness, and hiring velocity.
