Qualifications

• Four+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role.
• Strong decision-maker balancing ambiguity, data, speed and quality.
• Experience driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks).
• Experience managing complex, long-term projects across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.
