GE Vernova's Power Conversion division seeks a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for internal engineers, field service engineers, and external customers on Power Conversion products. The role emphasizes creating high-quality materials, hands-on exercises, and cross-functional collaboration.

Expect engaging sessions at our facilities or on-site, with ongoing content updates based on feedback, product updates, and field experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials and programs for engineers and customers.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences at facilities or sites.
• Develop hands-on training exercises using real equipment and simulators.

Responsibilities

• Review and update training materials based on feedback and field issues.
• Coordinate with product teams to reflect latest product information.
• Provide occasional technical support to customers on GE Power Conversion products.
