Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Director of Learning and Development (Global Finance) to serve as the chief architect of a world-class Finance Academy. You will design, scale, and embed a capabilities ecosystem that elevates every finance role—from analyst to CFO—toward elite, data-driven leadership.

You will lead high-potential programs, craft the CFO-ready experiences, and build a culture of Leaders Developing Leaders across the globe.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Talent Management, Finance or Strategy.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale capability transformations.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and embed a Finance capability model across global teams.
• Lead upskilling initiatives focused on AI-driven analytics and data storytelling.
• Create and run elite, gate-based development tracks for finance talent.
• Institutionalize repeatable processes for talent development within Ford Finance.
• Develop global communities of practice and measure ROI of L&D efforts.
